Service by Skeki: save on return shipments
At Skeki we try to minimize all costs for our customers.
Therefore we don't have any hidden calculated costs for free return shipments. Everybody knows, there is no such thing as a free lunch. But some companies offer free return shipments. How do they do that? Do they pay return shipment for you?
It may look so, but of course they don't pay for your return shipment. You pay for it, but you don't see it.
How does that work?
Let's say a company knows, that 10% of the parcels will be shipped back and that the return freight costs 10 Euro.
Then they know, that it costs statistically 1 Euro / shipment and they add this in their calculation and you pay for it - even when you don't need a return shipment.
At Skeki we think this is unfair. Why should someone who knows exactly what he or she wants pay for the freight of someone else?
At Skeki you only pay for return shipments when you need one. We want to let you know, that there are no hidden costs for return freight of other customers in our calculation of the products.
If you have a return shipment, we offer you to buy a label. And that should be below the price if you buy one from your local parcel service providers.
Please always check, if this is the case. If not, it makes sense to organize the transport back on your own.
